Cancellation policy

Note: this text is a draft and must be checked against the rules stored in Smoobu before the site goes live.

Free cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Any amounts already paid are refunded in full.

Later cancellation

For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival we charge 50 percent of the accommodation price. From 7 days before arrival, and in case of no-show, the full amount is due.

Leaving early

If you depart earlier than booked, the remaining nights cannot be refunded.

If something comes up

We are not a booking platform but a host with a manageable number of apartments. If something unforeseen happens, write to us – we find a solution more often than a rule would suggest.

Booked through a platform?

If you booked via Booking.com or Airbnb, the conditions you selected there apply.
