House rules

Both buildings have neighbours who live their daily lives there. The rules below are therefore short and meant seriously.

Quiet hours

Statutory quiet hours run from 10 pm to 7 am – no loud music, no parties, no loud conversations in the stairwell. On Sundays and public holidays we ask for consideration during the day too. Parties, events and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. On the balcony it is; an ashtray is provided, please use it.

Cleanliness

The flat does not need to be cleaned when you leave, but it should be tidy: dishes washed or in the machine, rubbish taken out, furniture back where it stood.

Keys and access

Access codes and keys are not for third parties. If a key is lost, the cost of replacing the lock system may be charged.

Damage

Guests are liable for damage to the apartment, furniture and appliances. Please report damage immediately – then we sort it out together. It only gets awkward if it is concealed.

Safety

Switch off electrical appliances after use. When leaving: close the windows, turn off the lights, lock the door.

Pets

Pets are generally not allowed. Ask before booking if you have a particular case.
