The parking space belongs to the apartment
No permit, no hunting, no surcharge. Each apartment comes with a fixed space – in the garage or right outside the house.
Why this matters in Dresden
In the districts around the centre of Dresden, parking is either permit-controlled or simply full. Arrive by car and you can easily spend twenty minutes each evening looking for a gap – and end up three streets away.
Not here. Every apartment comes with its own space, included in the price:
- Cottaer Straße: covered space in the building's underground garage. Dry, locked, direct access to the stairwell.
- Wernerstraße: private outdoor space on the property, a few steps from the door.
Nothing to reserve, nothing to add on. The space number is in the arrival message you receive the day before.
Will my car fit? Please read this for Cottaer Straße
The garage space at Cottaer Straße is a double-decker car lift. That brings two limits:
- maximum 2,000 kg vehicle weight
- limited clearance and vehicle height
Large SUVs, vans, campers and cars with a roof box do not fit. We would rather write that here than have you standing at the entrance at night. If in doubt, send us the model and weight and we will check before you book.
Wernerstraße has no such limit. The space is outdoors and takes any normal vehicle, including a large estate or a van. If you are arriving in something heavy, that is the one to pick.
