Protecting your personal data matters to us. We treat it confidentially and in accordance with statutory provisions and this notice.

3. Server logs

When you open this website, the server automatically records browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of request and a shortened IP address. This serves system security and stability and does not allow us to identify you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on a server located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

5. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and includes no analytics or advertising services. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.

6. Booking calendar (Smoobu)

On the apartment pages we embed the calendar of our booking system: Smoobu GmbH, Ohlauer Straße 43, 10999 Berlin, Germany. The calendar only loads once you reach that section. Your browser then connects to login.smoobu.com and transmits your IP address, browser details and the page requested. Smoobu uses Cloudflare for delivery and may set technically necessary cookies. If you make a booking or enquiry in the calendar, Smoobu processes the data you enter in order to perform the contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. 7. Maps (OpenStreetMap)

To show the location we embed map sections from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom). The map loads only when you reach that section; your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Contacting us

If you email us, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no retention periods apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
