Living for a while
A Dresden apartment for weeks, not nights
Own kitchen, washing machine, parking at the door and an invoice your accounts department will accept. No shared quarters, no hotel bed.
What makes a long stay bearable
Spending four weeks working in Dresden calls for something other than a hotel room. After the tenth evening of takeaway you want to cook. After the second week you want to do laundry without hunting for a launderette. And you want to park the car without circling the block every night.
Both apartments are set up for exactly that:
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine – not a hotplate on a chest of drawers
- A washing machine in the flat (Wernerstraße) for anything longer than a week
- Free parking – underground garage at Cottaer Straße, private space at the house in Wernerstraße
- A workspace with stable Wi-Fi, fine for video calls
- Weekly cleaning on request by our own staff, otherwise the flat is yours alone
- An invoice with the accommodation tax shown separately

Rates and invoicing
The calendar rate applies to short stays. From one week it gets cheaper, from a month noticeably so – for that, write to us with your dates and the number of people rather than booking online.
For expense reports you get an invoice made out to your employer, with the local accommodation tax shown separately. For business travel that tax does not apply – we only need an informal confirmation from your employer, and we'll send the form.
Arrival on a Sunday evening or late at night is fine; the access code comes by message beforehand.
Both work – Wernerstraße a little better
Frequently asked
Questions from companies and long-stay guests
How long can I rent for?
From one week up to several months. For stays beyond three months we arrange a separate contract.
Can the company book and pay directly?
Yes. We invoice the company and accept bank transfer. Just send us the billing address and a purchase order number if you need one.
How many people fit in?
Wernerstraße up to five, Cottaer Straße up to three. Each apartment is let to one party only – nobody shares with strangers.
Is bed linen provided?
Yes, linen and towels are included and changed regularly on longer stays.
What about the accommodation tax?
Dresden charges six percent accommodation tax on private overnight stays. For business travel it does not apply; a short employer confirmation is enough and we will send you the form.
Planning for 2027?
2027 is open here – not yet on Booking or Airbnb
The platforms have not released 2027 yet. If you are already planning – for a trade fair, a longer assignment or next summer – you can still secure your dates with us. Send us the dates and we will confirm bindingly.
Enquiry
Tell us your dates
Long stays don't run through the calendar but through a short conversation – and that usually ends in a better rate than the one on screen.
Tell us the period, how many people, and whether the invoice goes to a company. You get a concrete offer back, not a template.
2027 can be booked too – the platforms have not released the year yet, we have.
