What to expect
The living space sits under the roof and runs the full width: a corner sofa in front of floor-to-ceiling windows, the dining area behind it, the open kitchen alongside. Because daylight comes in from two sides, the room stays friendly even on grey Dresden days.
You sleep in a double bed under the sloping ceiling, with a desk and chair right beside it – if you work remotely you don't have to sit at the dining table. The sofa converts into a third bed.
The kitchen has everything you need: oven, dishwasher, kettle – and two coffee machines, because guests rarely agree on coffee. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Access is step-free, and a fixed space in the underground garage belongs to the apartment – no surcharge, no reservation.

Important about parking: The space is a double-decker car lift with two levels. Vehicles up to 2,000 kg are permitted and the clearance height is limited. Large SUVs, vans and cars with a roof box do not fit. If you are unsure, send us the model and weight and we will tell you before you book whether your car fits. The Wernerstraße space is outdoors and has no such limit.
The location
Friedrichstadt – closer to the centre than you'd think
Friedrichstadt belongs to the Altstadt district and lies directly west of the city centre. The Zwinger is 1.6 kilometres away – a good twenty-minute walk along the Elbe, or a few minutes by tram.
For trade fair visitors, Messe Dresden in the Ostragehege is the nearest landmark; for relatives of patients, the Friedrichstadt municipal hospital is less than a kilometre away. Supermarket, bakery and tram stop are all within walking distance.
