The apartment
What to expect
The heart of the flat is the large living room with a dining table for six by the window. At the far end stands a double bed that can be curtained off – drawn shut it becomes its own sleeping area, pushed back the room opens up again.
There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, an armchair and a wardrobe. It holds a single sofa bed as well, which we make up for you on request – so five people sleep here without anyone camping in the living area. Just tell us when booking whether you need it.
Two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and shower screen, plus a guest WC. Travelling as four or five, you'll know why that matters in the morning.
The kitchen runs the length of the wall and is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, a freezer, a filter coffee machine and a capsule machine. Coffee, tea and filters are in the drawer.
Decisive for longer stays: a washing machine inside the flat and a parking space right by the house. Balcony and terrace are part of it too.

The location
Löbtau – a neighbourhood, not a tourist strip
Löbtau is a lived-in neighbourhood in the west of the city: old apartment buildings, bakeries, pubs and a weekly market – few tour groups. The Zwinger is 2.6 kilometres away, a quarter of an hour by tram.
If you are here on business, both Messe Dresden and the Friedrichstadt hospital are around two kilometres away. Shops, pharmacy and tram stop are a few minutes on foot.

The apartment is spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. The host thought of so many details – from toiletries to slippers. Excellent kitchen with two coffee machines. Great view, central location with the tram, shops and sights nearby.
Lovely, spacious apartment close to the centre. Tram right outside the door and shops around the corner. Very well equipped with everything you need, and everything spotless and nicely furnished. We felt completely at home.
Modern, well equipped penthouse in the heart of Dresden – spacious, with a great view. Perfect for visitors: the centre is a 15-minute walk or 2 minutes to the tram. Highly recommended, friendly and helpful host. Would book again any time!
