If you are here on business, there is a desk and Wi-Fi that holds up in video calls. If you came to see Dresden, you are at the Zwinger in twenty minutes on foot. If you are staying longer, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a parking space at the door – and the rate drops after a week.

Each apartment comes with its own parking space – not a given in Dresden, and included in the price.
Self check-in with your own code. Whether that is 3 pm or half past one in the morning after a delayed train, nobody has to wait for you.
We do not contract cleaning out to an agency – we employ our own staff. The same people, every time, working to a fixed list. That is why it is this clean.

Yes, and it costs nothing extra. The Cottaer Straße apartment comes with a space in the underground garage, the Wernerstraße apartment with its own space right by the house. No reservation needed – the space belongs to the apartment.
That space is a double-decker car lift. Vehicles up to 2,000 kg are permitted and the height is limited. Large SUVs, vans, campers and cars with a roof box do not fit. Send us the model and weight and we will tell you before you book. The Wernerstraße space is outdoors and has no such limit.
The day before arrival you receive a message with your access code and directions. Check-in is possible from 3 pm with no upper limit – arriving at two in the morning is no problem.
Cottaer Straße by 11 am, Wernerstraße by 10 am. The difference is down to cleaning. If you need longer on the day, ask beforehand – usually we can arrange it.
Yes, free in both apartments and fast enough for video calls. The password is in the flat.
Yes. Both apartments are set up for stays of several weeks – Wernerstraße even has its own washing machine. Rates drop from one week onwards; just send us your dates.
Yes, with the local accommodation tax shown separately. For business travel that tax does not apply – we only need a short confirmation from your employer.
Usually not. Still worth asking before you book elsewhere – for small, quiet animals we sometimes find a way.
Not inside. On the balcony you may; an ashtray is provided.

The platforms have not released 2027 yet. If you are already planning – for a trade fair, a longer assignment or next summer – you can still secure your dates with us. Send us the dates and we will confirm bindingly.
